Residential and Business Alarms

In an ordinance enacted by City Council, any residential or commercial establishment which maintains an alarm system that is monitored by an outside company, must have the alarm registered with the Police Department. For your convenience, a copy of the Alarm System Procedure and a copy of the Alarm System Permit Application are provided here, which may be printed out, completed, and mailed to the Police Department.
