Salary

Non-Certified Officers

Starting Salary is $39,900 annually, which will increase to $49,793 upon successful completion of the basic academy, state certification test, and field training program.

DCJS Certified Officers

Starting Salary is $49,793 annually (may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience).

Sign-on bonus!

We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for certified police officers and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for recruit police officers (non-certified).
